Tatiana Prazeres is the new Secretary of Foreign Trade

She takes the place of Barral; Gustavo Saboia Fontenele e Silva is the new executive secretary of the National Council of Export Processing Zones

BRASILIA - was published on Monday, 24 in the Diário Oficial da União, the appointment of Tatiana Lacerda Prazeres for the post of Secretary of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade. Tatiana is a graduate in Law and International Relations and was an analyst for Foreign Trade MDIC. She takes the place of Barral, whose resignation was also published today in the DO.

The Diário Oficial da União also features the appointment of Gustavo Saboia Fontenele e Silva to the position of executive secretary of the National Council of Export Processing Zones (EPZ), the Ministry and the dismissal of Luiz Raimundo de Souza Fernandes from office.

PhD in International Relations from the University of Brasilia (2007). Graduated in Law from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2001), Degree in International Relations from the University of Vale (2000), specialization in International Business from the Catholic University of Brasilia (2004), Master of Law with a concentration in International Relations Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2002). Was  Manager  of Project of the International Trade Centre (WTO / UNCTAD) in Geneva. Was General Manager of Shanghai Expo Design Apex-Brazil. She has experience in international trade, mainly in the following topics: World Trade Organization, international law and foreign trade. His latest book, "The WTO and Regionalism", was released in November 2008.
